This includes accessing a mortgage loan file, modifying mortgage data, accessing of mortgage documents, modifying mortgage documents, receipt of mortgage documents, sending mortgage documents, and more. It is always possible to see when the action happened, what the action was, and who performed the action. This type of tracking is critical for transparency. This logging allows ATLOS users to quickly find out what actions have been performed on a mortgage loan file and what actions are still needed.
ATLOS can automatically notify users and non-users by email, when documents are received, statuses change, comments are added, and much more. Even your mortgage documents can be opened from these email notifications. When ATLOS users are on the road, they are always connected to their loan files.
