ATLOS has the ability to automatically create a custom set of Document Labels (conditions) based on specific mortgage loan application data entered on each mortgage loan file. (i.e., If the Loan Purpose is “Purchase”, then ATLOS can automatically create conditions for Purchase Agreement, Proof of Deposit). ATLOS users can upload documents directly to each condition once it is created.
Additional conditions can be manually added to any mortgage loan file; however, through rules processing, ATLOS can automatically create almost 95% of the condition set that will be required while processing that loan file.
Loan conditions are automatically generated for each mortgage loan file, and are easily viewed or searched. ATLOS can automatically create any order for these conditions based your requirements. ATLOS can also assign categories to individual conditions to provide additional filtering for searches. (i.e., A category of “Income” can be assigned to document types such as W2, Paystub, 1040 Tax Return). ATLOS can also create condition groups for loan statuses, and conditions that require uploaded documents.
