ATLOS mortgage software forms contain all data fields from the uniform residential loan application (Form 1003 / 65). When an application is created, ATLOS can automatically verify and validate mortgage data that is entered by ATLOS users. The loan application fields can be customized on the fly, to collect as much mortgage data from the uniform residential loan application as required.
ATLOS users can search for mortgage loan files using a variety of data filters; these filters can include borrower name, address, loan ID number, loan status, and more.
Users can import 1003 mortgage application data from any Loan Origination Software, or create a 1003 application from scratch. ATLOS uses this data to automatically generate Document Labels (conditions). Mortgage data can be easily exported out of ATLOS as .FNM file or XML.
